Overview
The HEAVYLT Steel Mill Transporter carries semi-finished steel — slabs, billets and coils — inside the plant and between quay and yard. The load platform sits above the axle line on a fabricated frame, so the deck stays low relative to its capacity and the machine can work under crane runways and through mill aisles where a conventional low-bed would not fit.
This is a duty-cycle machine rather than a road vehicle. It works continuous shifts in dust, heat and tight clearances, which is why the frame, the deck and the load-securing points are specified around the product mix the plant actually runs, not around a catalogue envelope.

Slabs, billets and coils are the usual loads. The deck, the securing points and the capacity are specified around the product mix and the unit weights the plant runs — send us the dimensions and we will size the machine to them.
Can the deck be built to our product dimensions and aisle width?
Yes. Platform length, width, deck height and the operator position are all defined against the plant layout, so the machine fits the aisles and crane clearances it has to work in.
